Safety Training On Cooperative Suppliers

To further strengthen safety production management and enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of cooperative suppliers, in the New Year of 2025, Qin Guangwu, the EHS Manager of B&W Asia, conducted two comprehensive safety training sessions in January 2025 at the cooperative factory Hubei Huaxing Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. and the supplier Hubei Huaxiang Co., Ltd. The training aimed to reinforce safety production responsibilities, ensure safety and compliance during the production process, and lay a more solid foundation for the cooperation between the two parties.                                              

Rich Training Content Covering Multi-Dimensional Safety Production Knowledge

The training covered multiple key areas of safety production, including but not limited to:

• Safety Production Laws and Regulations: Detailed interpretation of the latest safety production laws and regulations to ensure factory operations comply with national and      industry standards.

• Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification: Guiding factory employees on how to identify potential risks in the production process and take effective measures for prevention and rectification.

• Emergency Response and Accident Handling: Through case studies, explaining the emergency response procedures for sudden accidents to enhance employees' emergency response capabilities.

• Personal Protective Equipment Usage: On-site demonstrations on the correct use of personal protective equipment to ensure employee safety during operations.

During the training, Qin Guangwu, drawing on his years of safety management experience, used various methods such as theoretical explanations, case analyses, and practical exercises to help participants deeply understand the importance of safety production and master practical safety management skills.
